~~ Cold Fish and a Warm Heart ~~
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The mineral-laden seas of Heann'ah Prime were rich and
salty, dark green, but clear as crystal. The fine black sand scoured from the
eons-old volcanic outcroppings made soft beaches, which were scattered with
white and pastel shells and fringed with tall trees which gave a shady respite
from the sun.
There were soft breezes, and brightly coloured creatures
flitted from branch to branch, squawking and cooing.
There were no
sentient creatures, the world was young. The majority of life still swam in the
oceans, some crawled, a little of it flew, but not much. The ocean deeps cradled
monstrous and savage creatures of great strength and power, with massive teeth
and claws, but they did not yet venture to the shallows or the beaches. They
preferred the comforts of the cold deeps and the company of their own kind to
the light of the sun and the warm beaches.
Usually....
"Let me
show you the delights of Heann'ah Prime." said the Sith Lord to his woman. He was kissing her in his bed, stroking
her, holding her in the crook of his arm.
How he
loved her. He loved her above everything, this Jedi woman. The woman who judged him not, who
returned his love unconditionally, drank of his dark soul and gave him hers to
keep.
She
loved him deeply. She made his soul sing, his body scream with pleasure,
and his black heart leap for joy.
He did
not think about his fortune, good or otherwise. It was enough that she was here, that
she gave herself to him, enjoyed him as he enjoyed her. He had already lost her once, and until
she returned, he had been like the walking dead. He did not think about the horror of
those times either.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Heann'ah Prime? Why not?" she
said, as she outlined his patterned and smiling lips with her fingers, then
kissed them, stroking his cheeks, his ears.
The
Sith purred deep in his chest as he enjoyed the kisses, then he moved her under
him, gently placed his knees between hers, and kissed her back, licking her
lips, opening her mouth, teasing her.
Slowly,
to savour every nuance of sensation, he pushed his body inside hers, closing his
eyes, the better to use the Force to increase his awareness of her. She was warm, tight, her womanly flesh
welcoming and enclosing every inch of him.
He
continued to kiss her, resting on his forearms, his tongue dancing with hers in
a rhythm to match that of his hips as he thrust deliciously within her. Every movement he made, she matched
also, seeming to draw him deeper into her body each time. She lost herself in it, took him to a
place only she knew. As their
pleasure overtook them she arched her back, made a cry part-scream part-moan,
and pushed his hips as hard as she could onto her own with her hands.
When
her body was still again, and her heart did not beat so fast, she kissed his
neck, made the little bites which he liked so much, started arousing him again
with the hint of pain, wanting yet more of him.
He
purred some more, talked to her in his own tongue, calling her 'rana na-gaiya'
as he kissed and caressed her breasts, her nipples. Then he used his rough black tongue on
her belly, her hips, and further down, holding her still with his clawed hands
as her body bucked in response to his teasing and licking.
When
they were sated, they slept, her tucked against his chest, spooned into his
body, her short black hair against his cheek. She had her hand over his, which was
cupped against her breast.
But the
course had been set for Heann'ah Prime, and he dreamed of seducing her again, of
taking her in a warm green sea under the stars, of her white creamy body
stretched on fine black sand, reaching for him.....
~~~~~~~~~~~
The sea
was a fine clear green, and the fine black sand was good to sit on. They left their tunics and other
garments under one of the tall trees fringing the beach. They left the light sabres there
also.
When he
saw her white body stretched on the fine black sand, his dream became
reality. He took her there, and
again, until the tide started coming in and showered their murmuring entwined
bodies with it's salty spray.
The hot
sun on their skins drove into the sea itself, which bore them lightly, and
allowed them to float on it's mineral-laden waters. The waters were rich in small creatures
which swam harmlessly around them -
he caught one, bit the head quickly from it, crunched on the flimsy skeleton,
and ate it. The taste was
wonderful. The body of it writhed
reflexively as he swallowed, the movement intriguing as it slid down his
gullet. He caught many of these,
fed some to his woman between his fangs, slipping the wriggling morsels into her
mouth with a kiss.
Then
they swam, the Sith floated on his back with the woman on her back on top of
him, drifting with him. As they
floated he pleasured her some more, making them laugh, splash, she pushed him
under thinking to cool his ardour a little, then she froze....
As the sea serpent reared over them, little eyes looking for the source of the noise, and the disturbance in the water.
~~~~~~~~~~~
Quick
as thought they consulted, parted, dived as deep as they could with smooth clean
strokes, scything through the water like knives. They were warriors, he was never
weaponless, had a sharp and deadly knife strapped to his arm, but she had
nothing.
And the
serpent went after her, the slower of the two. She twisted and turned in the water to
evade pursuit, doubled back, dived deeper, but the sea-beast followed.
The
Sith pursued them, overtook the serpent, and reached the woman. Pushing her down he screamed, splashed,
distracted the serpent and challenged it for it's prey.
It
turned almost languidly, started circling him, the great length of it coiling
and uncoiling as it turned to stare at him for a second, an eternity, then it
reared back, hissed, and struck, the great maw opening, fangs like his own, sharp and lethal.
But he
was gone, was on it's back, and as it crashed into the sea was momentarily
submerged by the turmoil, drowning and then coughing up salty water from his
lungs. Catching hold of a fin, he
let the beast drag him with it. Not
seeing him now, the serpent searched again for the woman, it's great head
swaying and turning over the waters.
A small
respite - he used it well. He used
the Force, whispered to the serpent, made it forget thoughts of himself and the
woman, made it circle thoughtlessly, inclining to the beach.
During
this time, he filled his lungs again and again with the rich air, charging his
blood abundantly with life-giving oxygen.
As the serpent dived for the last time, having no purpose now but wanting
the company of its own kind, the Sith dived also, but deep, his movements
obscured by the the creature's own.
Then he waited as long as he could near the ocean floor, motionless.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The
serpent, languidly coiling and uncoiling once more, made its slow way to the
deeps, zigzagging its path from the beach.
When
the danger was past he swam smoothly to the woman, putting himself between her
and the deep, pulled her back to the shallows. They rested on the beach as the sun
started to set.
Heann'ah had no moons, but as the
great drifts of stars appeared in the heavens, starlight lit up the sea and they
went for one last swim.
The
sea-creatures had a phosphorescence so they bathed in light, a greenish
glow. They caught the creatures
again with ease and ate them with dispatch.
Loath
to go from this flawed paradise, he took her in the water, rolling them, joined,
over and over in the warm waters, gasping for both air and with the exquisite
pleasure, intermingled, indistinguishable.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
He gave her one last salty
kiss as he touched her cheek, looking at her wonderingly. Then he sighed, closed his eyes, and
held her close with his head next to hers.
They must go.
