I actually picture him being totally silent. After all, this is the man who, when sliced in half, got no more emotional than blinking and looking mildly ticked off. I must agree with Siubhan on this one. Darth Maul is a very disciplined, controlled individual, which is greatly reflected in how he responds to pain. A stunned, grimacing expression, and a barely audible gasp. (Ironically, the orgasm is also known as "a little death".)

I agree with the control concept; he'd likely be silent most of the time - but what a challenge - make the sex so fantastic he might lose control and growl or grunt, even yell. The circumstances might help determine whether he let himself make any sounds.
