Dragon*Con 2002 was another event that none of the DMEB-2 Sithsters will ever forget - except for those who can't remember! This time, we managed to get together much more often *despite crappy cell service in Atlanta.* Next year we need to look into FRS radios!

Dragon*Con 2002 ended way too soon - but we have lots of pictures here to share as well as articles and stories from our members and guests. There is also a special page dedicated to Jerome Blake (As Promised!).

The Slippery Noodle - Part Deux:

Thursday was the Unofficial Opening Day of Dragon*Con 2002. The 501st Legion was on hand to greet the attendees of a special showing of Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones shown at the beautifully restored Fox Theater in downtown Atlanta. A few of the ladies of the DMEB2 were available to lend a hand!

The Night of the Jaegermeister:

Dragon*Con began Friday with a shot ... of Jaegermeister that is. ScottMaul - the Official Darth Maul of DMEB-2 costumed as Maul in the afternoon and we held our second DMEB-2 Dinner together at the Steak and Ale Restaurant. Great food and wonderful guests made it an evening we will never forget.

Testosterone Knows No Boundaries:

On Saturday, ScottMaul again costumed as Darth Maul, much to our enjoyment! We were also invited to attend the 501st Legion Mixer at Charley & Barney's that evening. We had a great time with the Troopers and afterwards headed back to the Hyatt to catch a glimpse at some more of the fantastic costumes.

Doing Mr. Maul: Sunday... the day a few of our members were able to fulfill a long-time fantasy of theirs. We were able to "costume" Darth Maul ... a shirtless Darth Maul ...  Yes. It was a dirty job, but someone had to do it!

The 501st Legion also had their big group photo on this day.

All Good Things: Monday, the last day of the Con... and the day most people packed up to go home. There were still a few things happening such as grabbing those last minute photos and autographs!
