Hotels:

Wizards of the Coast has updated their "Accomodations Page." You can now make reservations online. Note that confirmations will be made via e-mail and not through the hotel directly until after April 10th.

The Indiana Convention Center is connected to seven major hotels in downtown Indianapolis, by skywalks: Westin, Hyatt, Marriott, Omni, Crowne Plaza, Embassy Suites and Canterbury Hotels. There are over 4,300 rooms available in the downtown area.

The following information was given on the Accomodations Page of the Celebration II website.

"Reservations will be housed at Wizards of the Coast until April 2002. After that date, you will be able to contact the hotels directly for special requests and specific room requirements.

You will have until March 31, 2002 to book and confirm your hotel rooms on our web site. After that date, you will need to confirm hotel availability and rates directly with the hotels at standard hotel rates. We are not limiting the number of rooms you can reserve, but you are responsible for paying for any room reserved, regardless of use.

All hotel reservations will require a credit card or bank debit card for guarantee. Cancellations must be made by March 15, 2002. After that date, all cancellations will be charged the entire room night's stay and tax"

You will need to supply a credit card at the time of your reservation. Your card will be charged $5 at that time. If you cancel anytime before March 15th, you will be charged a $50 fee. After that date, you would need to cancel directly with the hotel under the terms of their cancellation policy. You can book a hotel room online or by calling our Hotel Reservation Desk at 1-800-923-0017 or e-mailing hotel_reservations@wizards.com.
